By accessing or using ChessCoach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChessCoach AI. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services, including the chess engine, AI coaching interface, and historical data analysis tools.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications serves as your explicit consent to the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of your rights and obligations.
02.Description of Service
ChessCoach is a high-performance digital environment designed for chess improvement. Our services include real-time engine evaluation, generative AI coaching insights, personalized move history analysis, and competitive matchmaking.

03.User Accounts
To access premium coaching features, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree that:
- ✔You are at least 13 years of age or have explicit parental consent.
- ✔The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- ✔You will not share your account with any third party for the purpose of avoiding subscription fees.
04.Payments and Subscriptions
ChessCoach offers tiered subscription models. Billing is conducted on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
We use secure third-party processors for all financial transactions. We do not store full credit card details on our servers, ensuring your financial data remains insulated from our application logic.
05.Fair Play Policy
Integrity is the foundation of chess. Use of external engines, assistance software, or "cheating" during rated matches is strictly prohibited. Detection of such behavior will result in immediate and permanent account termination without a refund.
06.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI coaching system, user interface, and content, is owned by ChessCoach. Your game data belongs to you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
07.Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ChessCoach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
08.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
09.Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
